How can I see my invoices?

If you want to check your previous orders from the last 3 months, or get an invoice, you can easily do so from your account online.

Click here and log in. This link will take you directly to your account settings where you can update your payment details.ders.

If you'd like us to send you an invoice simply click 'Send Invoice' next to the relevant order and we'll email it over to you.

Just follow these steps:

  • Login to your HelloFresh account and head to your settings (on the right hand side of the menu bar at the bottom of the page)
  • Scroll down and click on 'Order History’ and there you can view all your previous orders

  • Login to your HelloFresh account and head to your Profile (on the right hand side of the menu bar).
  • Select'Plan Settings’ under My Account.
  • Scroll down to ‘Payment Method’ and click through.
  • There will be a drop down at the top right of the Payment Method page.
  • Click on the drop down and select ‘Order History’.
