How do I update my payment details?

Changing your payment details is quick and easy through our secure login area here.

Click here and log in. This link will take you directly to your account settings where you can update your payment details.

[Please note: all future payments will be taken from this card.]

If you have our app, you can also make changes.

Just follow these steps:

  • Login to your HelloFresh account and head to your ‘Settings’ (bottom right on the menu bar).
  • Scroll down and click through to 'Payment Method'.
  • Enter your new details and press ‘Save’ and you're all updated.
