We know that life is unpredictable and sometimes you can't always guarantee being in the same place each week. That's why we have made it as quick and easy as possible to change your delivery address through our login area. Some customers even have their boxes sent to their holiday destinations.
Just follow these steps;
- Login to your HelloFresh account.
- Select 'Settings' on the right-hand side of the screen, under your username.
- Head to 'Delivery Address & Schedule' and click 'Edit'.
- Select the delivery day you want and press save.
- Check your inbox for your confirmation email.
Don't forget that all changes must be made by Wednesday at midnight the week before your next delivery.
