Updating my delivery address

Need to change your delivery address? Easy! Just follow these steps:

  • Click here to log into your HelloFresh account.
  • Under your name, at the top right-hand side, select 'Account Settings'.
  • Find the 'Delivery and payment' section under 'Plan Settings'.
  • Click Editto the right of 'Delivery Address', enter your new address and don't forget to press save!

[TIP: The change will apply to all your future deliveries, as long as it has been made on or before the Wednesday 11:59 pm the week before your next delivery is due.]

Need to change your delivery address? Easy! If you are using our iOS app, just follow these steps:

  • Log into your HelloFresh account;
  • Go to ‘Settings’ tab in the bottom-right corner;
  • Click on the 'Edit' button next to 'Plan Settings';
  • Select ‘Address' followed by 'Edit' and update your details;
  • Don't forget to press 'Save' if any changes have been made!

  • Log into your HelloFresh account.
  • Head to the 'Profile' tab in the bottom-right corner. 
  • Click into 'Plan Settings'
  • Under 'Delivery Settings'click on your current 'Address'. Here, you can add a new address, don’t forget to save it and then select it, otherwise your delivery will remain at previous address.
