We always charge for your first box as soon as the order is placed, and this is automatically done as a way to check your payment details are correct.
For all subsequent deliveries, your order will be created at midnight on Wednesday and you will be charged on the Thursday morning before your delivery is due.
To update your payment details just follow these steps:
- Login to your HelloFresh account.
- Select 'Your own name' on the top right side of the page.
- Click 'Settings' and scroll down to 'Payment Information'.
- Select 'Edit'.
Unfortunately you cannot change your payment method from a debit or credit card to a PayPal account.
