Your first order is created and you will be charged as soon as the order is placed. To cancel or amend your first order you will need to contact Customer Care.
Any changes to your plan or schedule made through our website or app will not apply to your first order. For all future deliveries, you can easily change your box type, size or the address online or via the app but if you need to change your first delivery please get in touch with our Customer Care team.
