All our routes are carefully planned each week based on the deliveries we have to make. We do this to reduce our carbon emissions, and also to find the quickest route possible. These can change every week so it may be that your slot changes.
To make sure that our drivers can make it through their routes as quickly as possible, and to ensure safe driving, we aren't able to contact them whilst they're out making deliveries to find out what time they'll be arriving with you.
