What if I am not in to sign for my delivery?

We have a leave safe policy and you do not need to be in to sign for your delivery. To update your delivery comment, please follow these steps:

  • Log into your account at Hellofresh.co.uk
  • Go to ‘Settings’
  • Under ‘Delivery address & schedule’ you will be able to update the ‘Delivery note', e.g. "By front door" or "To left by side gate".
