If your voucher code isn't working then there are a few things that you can check first;
Firstly, make sure you've read the Ts&Cs on the specific voucher you have received.
- Does the box you are ordering match the voucher that you have? Sometimes we have offers for specific boxes or plans.
- Are you a first time customer or have you set up a subscription with us before? A lot of our vouchers apply to first time customers only.
- Make sure you aren't trying to order a Gift card. Vouchers can only be redeemed on our subscription boxes.
