I have a missing ingredient

First things first: check the entire contents of your box, including the cool bag. The cool bag contains your dairy, meat and prepped veg, so please check it carefully before throwing it away.

All our boxes are packed by hand, so there is space for human error. If you are missing an ingredient, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our online chat team as soon as possible so we can make it right for you.

Our Customer Care opening times are Sunday - Thursday 09:00-22:00 and Friday-Saturday 09:00-18:00.
