One of my ingredients isn’t the best quality

It is really important that we hear from you when things go wrong so that we can put it right for you and make sure we follow up with our suppliers.

Sending in pictures is also extremely useful, it means that we can get a better idea of what has gone wrong and hopefully get to the bottom of the issue straight away.
