Can I skip a delivery if I don’t want it?

Some of our customers don't like to receive boxes every week. The beauty of our self-managed subscription is, you don't have to. You can skip deliveries up to 8 weeks at a time. Need to skip a delivery? No problem, just follow these simple steps:

  • Click here to log in to your HelloFresh account. 
  • Click on the 'My menu' tab on the left-hand side of the screen. Here you will be able to view the next three weeks' worth of recipes - yum! 
  • You can simply click ‘skip week’ at the bottom of the page.
  • In the right-hand corner, there is a calendar icon, click on this and you will be able to view the next 8 weeks.
  • Select the delivery date you want to skip and click 'skip week' and the date will turn red.

[TIP: Remember to update your account by Wednesday the week before your order is due.]

  • Log in to your HelloFresh account. 
  • At the top right-hand corner of the 'My menu' tab there is a calendar icon, click on this and you will be able to view your scheduled deliveries.  
  • You can scroll through to the next months by selecting the '>' button.
  • Select the date you want to skip, and where the date and box type are stated, swipe left.
  • Click ‘Skip week’!
  • Alternatively, you can go through to 'My Menu' and simply select 'Skip Week' at the bottom, next to 'Edit Menu'.

  • Log in to your HelloFresh account. 
  • Make sure you have selected your active subscription in the 'My Menu' tab of the app.
  • At the top right-hand corner of the Subscriptions page there is a calendar icon, click on this and you will be able to view the next 8 weeks scheduled deliveries.  
  • You can scroll through to the next month by selecting the '>' button.
  • Select the date you want to skip, and you will be able to click ‘Skip week’.
