Can I change my delivery day?

Click here and log in. This link will take you directly to your account settings where you can update your delivery day. You'll see a pop-up - this is where you can select a delivery day and time slot.

We know that life is unpredictable and the nights you are in and ready to cook change on a regular basis. That's why we have made it as quick and easy as possible to change your delivery day and time. 

Just follow these steps using our iOS app:

  • Log in to your HelloFresh account.
  • Select the ‘Settings’ tab in the bottom-right corner.
  • Click 'Edit' next to 'Plan Settings'.
  • Select 'Delivery Day', choose your new delivery day and time slot, go back to the previous screen and press Save in the top-right corner.
  • Our standard delivery time slot is between 8 am and 7 pm, but you will receive a notification from the courier on the day of delivery.
  • Check your inbox for a confirmation email.
