Can I change my delivery day?

We know that life is unpredictable and the nights you are in and ready to cook change on a regular basis.  That's why we have made it as quick and easy as possible to change your delivery day. As long as you make any changes by Wednesday 11:59 pm, the week before your delivery, you’re all good.

Just follow these steps:

  • Log in to your HelloFresh account.
  • Hover over your name on the right-hand side of the screen and select 'Account Settings'.
  • You’ll then be in your ‘Plan Settings’ .
  • Under ‘Delivery and Payment’ click 'Edit' next to the ‘Delivery Window’
  • Select your delivery day and time, and press save
  • Our standard delivery time slot is between 8 am and 7 pm, but you will receive a notification from the courier on the day of delivery.
  • Check your inbox for your confirmation email.
