We know that life is unpredictable and the nights you are in and ready to cook change on a regular basis. That's why we have made it as quick and easy as possible to change your delivery day and time.
Just follow these steps using our iOS app:
- Log in to your HelloFresh account.
- Select the ‘Settings’ tab in the bottom-right corner.
- Click 'Edit' next to 'Plan Settings'.
- Select 'Delivery Day', choose your new delivery day and time slot, go back to the previous screen and press Save in the top-right corner.
- Our standard delivery time slot is between 8 am and 7 pm, but you will receive a notification from the courier on the day of delivery.
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email.
