How can I change the day my box is delivered?

We know that life is unpredictable and the nights you are in and ready to cook change on a regular basis.  That's why we have made it as quick and easy as possible to change your delivery day and time. 

Just follow these steps;

  • Login to your HelloFresh account.
  • Select 'Settings' on the right-hand side of the screen, under your username.
  • Head to 'Delivery address & schedule' and click 'Edit'.
  • Select "Delivery Windows", choose your delivery day and press save. 
  • Check your inbox for your confirmation email. 

Don't forget that all changes must be made by Wednesday at midnight the week before your next delivery.
