Our day-time delivery window is 8am to 7pm. Our delivery drivers' routes change each week to make them as efficient as possible, so you may not receive your box at the same time of the day every week.
Your courier will send you tracking information on the morning of your delivery day. You can follow the links in that email to get more insight into the status of your delivery. Most of our boxes are delivered by DPD and Gophr; you can follow the links in this article to visit their websites and get in touch with them if needed.
If it's after your delivery window, please get in touch with our customer care team and they can chase it up for you.
