Where is my box?

Our day-time delivery window is 8am to 7pm. Our delivery drivers' routes change each week to make them as efficient as possible, so you may not receive your box at the same time of the day every week.

Most of our boxes are delivered by DPD and Gophr, however, this could change from week to week; you can follow the links in this article to visit their websites. These couriers will send you tracking information on the morning of your delivery day. You can follow the links in these emails to get more insight into the status of your delivery.

If you live in Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland or some Northern Scottish postcodes we are currently unable to provide you with an ETA. However, all our couriers will deliver your box within the given window.

If it's after your delivery window, please contact our online chat team and they can chase it up for you. Our Customer Care opening times are Sunday - Thursday 08:00-22:00 and Friday 08:00-19:00 & Saturday 08:00-18:00.
