How do I update my email address?

If for any reason you need to change your personal details such as your email address, it's easy to do from your online account.

Click here and log in. This link will take you directly to your account settings where you can update your payment details.

If for any reason you need to change your personal details such as your email address or password, it's easy to do using our iOS app:

  • Log into your HelloFresh account;
  • Select the ‘Settings’ tab in the bottom-right corner
  • Click on 'Personal Info'
  • Select 'Edit' and you can change your name or email address, or click on 'Change Password' if it needs updating.

  • Click on 'Personal Info'
  • Here, you can edit your name, email address or change your password. Once you've made the required changes, click 'Update Account'.
