Updating my personal details

If for any reason you need to change your personal details such as your email address or password, it's easy to do from your online account:

  • Log into your HelloFresh account. 
  • Hover over your name on the right-hand side of the screen and select 'Account Settings'.
  • Click on 'Account Info' then select 'Edit'. 
  • You can then make the change you need and press 'Save'. 

If for any reason you need to change your personal details such as your email address or password, it's easy to do using our iOS app:

  • Log into your HelloFresh account;
  • Select the ‘Settings’ tab in the bottom-right corner
  • Click on 'Personal Info'
  • Select 'Edit' and you can change your name or email address, or click on 'Change Password' if it needs updating.

  • Log in to your HelloFresh account;
  • Select the 'Profile' tab in the bottom-right corner
  • Click on 'Personal Info'
  • Here, you can edit your name, email address or change your password. Once you've made the required changes, click 'Update Account'.
