Where can I view credit on my account?

If you want to see how much credit you have, you can easily do so from your account online. (Remember: If you don’t have any credit on your account, you won’t be able to find it).

Just follow these steps:

  • Login to your HelloFresh account and head to your account settings (under your name in the top right corner)
  • Under ‘Account info’ you can see your ‘Your Credit’

Just follow these steps:

  • Login to your HelloFresh account and head to your settings (bottom right on the menu bar).
  • Credit will be visible below your name, at the top of the page.

Just follow these steps:

  • Login to your HelloFresh account and head to your Profile (on the right hand side of the menu bar).
  • Select 'Plan Settings’ under My Account.
  • Scroll down to ‘Payment Method’ and click through.
  • There will be a drop down at the top right of the Payment Method page.
  • Click on the drop down and select ‘Account Info’.
  • You will see a section called ‘Your Credit’ – this is where you will be able to view your credit.
