How to change my delivery day on the app

We know that life is unpredictable and the nights you are in and ready to cook change on a regular basis.  That's why we have made it as quick and easy as possible to change your delivery day and time. 

Just follow these steps;

  • Login to your HelloFresh account on the app.
  • Click on the settings cog at the top right hand side of the Subscriptions page and then select 'Delivery Window'.
  • You can then select the delivery time that works for you and click 'Apply'.  

Don't forget to do this by Wednesday the week before your next delivery is due!
