Can I update my delivery address using the app?

We know that life is unpredictable and sometimes you can't always guarantee being in the same place each week.  That's why we have made it as quick and easy as possible to change your delivery address through our login area. Some customers even have their boxes sent to their holiday destinations. 

Just follow these steps;

  • Login to your HelloFresh account on the app.
  • Click on the settings cog at the top right hand side of the Subscriptions page and then select 'Address'.
  • You can then select a previous address or scroll to the bottom and '+Add new address'. 

Don't forget that all changes must be made by Wednesday at midnight the week before your next delivery.
