No problem! You can pay any outstanding balances through your online account.
Just follow these steps:
- Login to your HelloFresh account and head to your account settings (under your name in the top right corner)
- Select 'Order History' on the left side of the page
- Find the payment that is marked as 'failed' and click 'Pay Now'
