Want to unskip your delivery?

If you’ve skipped a delivery, but you decide you would like to receive it after all, you can unskip – it’s so easy. Want to unskip a delivery? No problem, just follow these simple steps:

  • Click here to log into your HelloFresh account.
  • Click on the'My menu' tab on the left-hand side of the screen. Here you will be able to view the next three weeks' worth of recipes - yum!
  • In the right-hand corner, there is a calendar icon, click on this and you will be able to view the next 8 weeks of delivery dates.
  • Select the delivery date you want to unskip and click 'unskip week'and the date will turn green.
  • Alternatively, you can head to the week you would like to unskip in ‘My Menu’ and select ‘Unskip’.

[TIP: Remember to update your account by Wednesday 11:59 pm, the week before your order is due.]

Using our iOS app? Follow these steps:

  • Log into your HelloFresh account on the app.
  • You’ll be directed to the home page.
  • Head to the ‘My Menu' button in the bar at the bottom.
  • At the top right-hand corner of the 'My menu' tab there is a calendar icon, click on this and you will be able to view your scheduled deliveries.
  • You can scroll through to the next month by selecting the '>' button.
  • Select the date you want to skip, and you will be able to click‘Skip week’.
  • Alternatively, in ‘My Menu’ click the arrows, either side of the date, to go to the correct week.
  • Here, you will see a green bar with ‘unskip week’ and all you need to do is click on this and hey presto, you’re back on track for a delivery.
