First things first, make sure you check the recipe cards you've received match the recipes you selected. All our boxes are packed by hand so occasionally, an incorrect recipe card could be placed in your box by mistake.
If a recipe card doesn't match the meal you've received you can find them on the app and here when you've logged in, so you'll still be able to cook up a storm without taking the time to contact us.
If it is, in fact, an incorrect meal we would recommend contacting our chat online team - they'll be able to help you out instantly.
Our Customer Care opening times are Sunday - Thursday 09:00-22:00 and Friday-Saturday 09:00-18:00.
