How do vouchers work?

If you have a voucher from us or one of our lovely partners we'd love you to receive your first box at a discounted price. However, if you've had a box from us before, with a voucher applied, you'll see a red notification letting you know it can't be used. 

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer multiple discounts to customers. We would love to give free boxes to everyone, but our vouchers are usually for first-time customers and can only be used on a one per household basis.

However, you have a unique referral code that you can give to friends and family. If they redeem this then it'll give them £20.00 off their first box and you will, in return, receive a £20.00 credit to your HelloFresh account as a thank you. The credit will automatically be deducted from the cost of your next full-price box.
