What's the difference between a voucher code and a credit?

We're glad you asked!

A voucher code can be anything from a digital offer you find online to a physical card you receive in the mail or from a lovely partner of ours.

Credit is something that will be applied to your account, by our lovely Customer Care team, as a form of compensation.

Vouchers and credits cannot be used in conjunction with one another so if you do have a credit applied to your account, the voucher will always be the first to go towards a full price box.
