Can I use PayPal to pay?

You certainly can!

If you would like to sign up using PayPal this will be an available option when you check out. Alternatively, you can change your payment method to PayPal at any point throughout your subscription.

To make this change follow these steps:

  • Log in to your HelloFresh account
  • Hover over your username on the right-hand side of the screen and select 'Account Settings' (under your name in the top right corner)
  • You will be directed to your 'Plan Settings'.
  • Scroll down to 'Payment Method' and click 'Edit'.
  • Select PayPal as your payment method and click continue.
  • A pop up will appear, taking you to PayPal. Here you will need to log in.

Now you're all set to have your payments taken with PayPal for all future orders.

If you have our iOS app, you can also make changes.

Just follow these steps:
