Have you changed the look of the box?

Our new design is one of the latest improvements we've made to the HelloFresh experience, helping to reduce the amount of packaging we use.

You may be one of the lucky customers who received our newly designed box. Our new approach to packing our recipe boxes means we will no longer use meal bags which will allow us to provide more benefits to our customers in the near future while also reducing the amount of packaging we use.

Our new box allows us to pack sensitive ingredients away from damaging items like tins. Sensitive items will be packed between the cool pouch and a divider to keep them protected. Other ingredients will be packed in a separate section with heavier items at the bottom and lighter items at the top to prevent damage as much as possible. Smaller items like spice pots and stock powders will be packed into a small cardboard container to make them easier to find and less likely to be damaged.
